Prior to  joining the Retirement Village and Aged Care industry , I spent nearly 15 years as an Occupational Health and Safety specialist with some of Australia's most diverse and challenging industry sectors. My experience ranges from FMCC, Shipbuilding, Agriculture, Steel Making, Distribution, Health and Finance/Corporate.
